about the CHAPPAQUA CRAFT & GIFT FAIR
This coming 2021 marks the 37th anniversary of the Chappaqua Craft & Gift Fair! What once started as a small school craft fair, has grown into an highly-anticipated annual holiday shopping event attended by hundreds of families from surrounding Westchester towns. Still managed by a dedicated PTA committee, our planning team understands the importance of a comfortable and safe shopping experience - especially during the pandemic. That's why our annual shopping event is now virtual! We are so excited to keep this popular event going, and provide our community with incredible gift ideas from local, small businesses and talented artisans.
As a non-profit 501c3, the Chappaqua Craft and Gift Fair is the largest fundraising event held by the Robert E. Bell PTA that provides support for important student enrichment programs including: Liberty Science Center programming, Media Literacy program, Bell Reading Lounge, Character Education, The Hudson Valley Shakespeare workshops, as well as nutrition, sustainability, and after school programming in environmental studies, supplemental music programs and computer programs. The PTA also offers scholarships for field trips, after school programs and other needs for families and students with financial needs. The PTA’s funding of supplemental art and enrichment programs provides young people with outlets beyond academics and sports and offers them global insight and perspective.
